Payments
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit or Debit Card
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (CoD)
- IRIS Payments
- Klarna
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Keep in mind that for Direct Bank Transfer use your Order ID as the payment reference. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been cleared in our account. Please note that if your payment is not completed within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
In case your card company refuses or does not authorize the payment, then we are not liable for any delay or even non-delivery.
Cash on Delivery (CoD) is executed through ELTA Courier and an extra charge of 4€ is applied for all items.
Please note: Klarna is a third-party payment provider. All payment terms, credit decisions, and customer service related to Klarna are managed directly by Klarna. We are not responsible for any issues, liabilities, or disputes arising from the use of Klarna’s services. For questions or concerns regarding your Klarna payment, please contact Klarna directly.
Cash on Delivery and IRIS Payments are only available for Greek customers.
Returns
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Please note that since CoD is only available for orders shipped in Greece, we only accept Greek bank accounts. Please note that bank fees may apply depending on your bank’s policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders and it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one.
Officewear.eu is not responsible for the return cost, therefore it is recommended to choose a tracked service. We reserve the right to decline parcels sent via post.
We make quality control in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition, however since your order is traveling a long way to get to you, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within two (2) days of receipt in case you realize any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hustle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).
All items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. be in tis original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to the address provided by us. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
