Shipping Information

​We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

Domestic Shipping (Within Greece)
Our delivery service within Greece is carried out by ELTA Courier with a flat rate of €3, clearly stated on your billing information summary. If Cash on Delivery is selected as a payment option an extra €4 is applied for the service.

International Shipping (European Union only)
We ship internationally only to countries within the European Union, which include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

International shipments are carried out through EMS (Express Mail Service), ensuring fast and reliable delivery. EMS shipping costs are at €30 including VAT. Estimated delivery times to these countries range from 2 to 6 working days depending on the destination.

Please note that we do not ship outside the European Union at the moment.

General Delivery Information

  • Estimated delivery times are guidelines and commence from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery. Responsibility for the products transfers to the recipient upon signing. If you specify a recipient other than yourself, their signature will serve as proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

  • Please inspect the package for any damage before signing.

  • We insure each purchase during transit until delivery.

Taxes & Duties

  • Deliveries within the European Union (Ζώνη 1) are not subject to additional duties or taxes beyond VAT.

  • For customers outside the EU (to whom we currently do not ship), customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are outside our control.

Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you confirm that all details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt, which is not an acceptance of the order but confirmation that it is being processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders if items are out of stock or do not meet quality standards.

  • Custom products cannot be returned.

​Taxes & Duties

​Delivery within the E.U. is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-E.U. country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.

​We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.

​Orders

​All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and are processing it.

​We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that the items ordered are out of stock or do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us.

​Add an item to your shopping bag. A “mini basket” will appear, giving you an overview of all the items that you have placed in your shopping bag. When placing an order for a custom product, take into consideration that such products cannot be returned.
